TECHNICAL FEATURES

Oversize tubes sections, platinums with strong thickness, anti-breakage safety reinforcements  positioned in the requested zones, an anti-corrosion shield by hot galvanization with soaked, Sport France took into account all the efforts applied to the structures (intensive use, even diverted, bad weather,…).

ANTI-CORROSION “SHIELD”
To ensure a better durability of the equipment and a total safety while removing the costs of maintenance, the whole of the structure, including the least accessible parts, receives an anti-corrosion processing inside/outside (once all completed metallurgical work) by hot galvanization (450°) with soaked in accordance with standard NFA 91121 (63 to 70 microns of zinc following the thicknesses of steel). A color coating of polyester powders cooked with furnace is envisaged as option, for a simple reason of estheticism.

FIXING OF THE CIRCLE
To avoid any risk of wrenching of the circle, this one is not fixed directly at the panel but at a platinum of 400 X400 mm, thickness 5 mm, itself welded with the framework. The panel, thus sandwiched between the platinum of the framework and the circle, does not support any more effort.
FIXING ON THE GROUND
Our goals are proposed:
- to seal directly,
- with a platinum of sealing
(400 X400 mm, thickness 18 mm) and threaded casings length 600 mm.
This system has the advantage of preserving dismountable and consequently removable goals if need be. Moreover, it makes possible to prepare sealings in advance.
- removable in sheath (delivered with lids).

COLOR COATING
Treatment projection with pistol using polyester  powder then cook in a furnace, approximately 30 mn 250°C.

All our goals were controlled by APAVE, are in conformity with the decree of the 04/06/1996 and ministerial note of the 23/12/1996. They are recommended by the French Basketball Federation (except however mixed goals type “Val Fourré” because multi-sports).
