GAMES FOR CHILDREN - MATERIALS

RESPONSIBILITY OF ENVIRONMENTAL
COMPONENTS OF THE PRODUCTS

This very new collection of games of the Island to the Dreams was reconsidered after having taken into account the environmental responsibility for its components and their end of lifetime. Today, we can propose to you a service of resumption of the equipment which happen at the end of the lifetime to ensure recycling of it (however with the only exception  armed polyester and stainless nuts and bolts which remains ultimate waste).

POLYETHYLENE
An incomparable material which seems to be designed specifically for the sets of children.
A healthy and ecological material
Inoffensive, without toxic agent, usually used in food industry and packing, polyethylene is  can be entirely recycled for the respect of the environment.

Resisting the shocks
Used in maritime industry as defense of drawing alongside for its perfect absorption of the shocks, it is completely homogeneous, cannot create splinters, fissures, neither cracks, does not crack, does not burst nor délamine. Resisting the bad weather, it does not absorb water and is imputrescible.

Pleasant with the touch
Slightly granite-like, it makes it possible to machine perfectly round sections, eliminating any risk of wounds by shocks or frictions.

Liking the glance
Colors brignht and glistening which does not tarnish in the time.
Incorporation in the mass of pigments and a processing anti UV guarantee inalterable decors.
The panels are at choice plain or two-tone. In this case, they are made of three Co-extruded layers (pressed by fusion). Thin engraving or on the great surface reveals the interior color.

Easy of maintenance
The graffiti do not hang on and can be removed easily. Nothing can adhere to it or stick to it (chewing-gum, stickers, paintings…) and it resists the most of the chemical agents.

Inflammability
Polyethylene answers perfectly item 4.1.2 of the Standard IN 1176-1 on the inflammability of materials used for the sets of children: it does not produce an effect of flash.
(Flash Effect: fast propagation of one flame on the surface of a material, without combustion of the basic structure at one precise time).

The material can burn as long as it remains in contact with a flame but, if this one go out, combustion stops itself and does not have, at any moment, emited polluting gas for the environment.
