Technical aspect
The whole of the structure, including the least accessible parts, receives an anti-corrosion processing (once all metallurgic works completed) by hot galvanization with soaked at 450°C by immersion (the interior of the tubes is thus also protected contrary to any other processing). Sport France thus ensures a better longevity of the equipment and a total safety while suppress the costs of maintenance.
All the metallic parts of the fence are then covered with color polyester powders with two components applied by special finish.
Completely metal fence made up of frameworks with ring tubes ø 49 mm, thickness 2,9 mm, furnished with bars out of round tube of 27 mm, thick. 2,3 mm spaced out by 10,6 cm. These frameworks are assembled on posts out of round tube ø 60 mm for height 1 m and ø 101,6 mm for height 3 m, thickness 3 mm. |
